Caitlyn serves as an Administrative Assistant at Prairie Plans, where she is dedicated to providing friendly, compassionate service and helping others however she can. She enjoys building connections with clients and coworkers and strives to make every interaction a positive one.
A Spencer area native, Caitlyn joined Prairie Plans after working as a teacher assistant at the local school. She enjoys being part of a team that supports others and is committed to creating a welcoming experience for everyone she meets.
Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her fiancé and daughter, Hallie, reading, and caring for her growing collection of plants.
