Jo will be the first person you hear when calling our office and the first person you see when entering our office. Jo appreciates the diversity that her job with Prairie Plans offers. As Service Assistant, she is responsible for client inquiries and service, including such duties as scheduling appointments, follow-up calls, processing client requests and address changes. Jo’s warm and caring personality makes everyone feel welcome.
Having lived in this area all of her life, Jo felt like she knew many of our clients when she started in 2000. Jo and her husband, Jack, live and farm in rural Sanborn and have been married since 1975. Together they have four children and 14 grandchildren.
Jo enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She appreciates that they all live reasonably close and they can take in most of their dance recitals, concerts and sporting events that they are involved in.
